Delete My Account

You have the right to request deletion of your BullyAlert account and all associated data. We will process your request within 30 days.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to our privacy team using the button below. Include the information listed in the steps so we can locate and delete your account.

  1. Open your email app and tap the button below
  2. Include your registered email address or the school code associated with your account
  3. Write "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line (pre-filled for you)
  4. Send the email — we will confirm receipt within 2 business days
What gets deleted: Your account credentials, submitted incident reports linked to your account, badge history, and any uploaded media. Anonymous reports that have already been reviewed and closed by school staff may be retained in school records as required by applicable law (FERPA). Your identity will not be included in any retained records.
