No. BullyAlert requires no account, no login, and no personal information. Just open the app, select your grade level, and submit your report.
Your report is instantly sent to the staff dashboard at your school. A staff member will review it, investigate, and take appropriate action. You will earn a badge in the app for speaking up.
Yes. When submitting a report, you can optionally attach a photo or short video as evidence — for example, a screenshot of a threatening message. This is optional and does not affect your anonymity.
Badges are awarded to students who speak up and report incidents. They recognize your courage — Brave Voice, Truth Seeker, Standing Strong, and others. Badges are stored on your device and are not linked to your identity.
Yes. Select "Parent" when choosing your role in the app. You can submit a report describing an incident your child shared with you at home. The report will be routed to your child's school staff just like a student report.

Yes. BullyAlert is fully COPPA compliant. We do not collect personal information from any user, including children under 13. No account creation is required, and there are no cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising.

Download BullyAlert from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and select "School Staff." Enter your school's staff PIN to access the dashboard. Contact your school administrator if you don't have the staff PIN.
No. Reports are fully anonymous. Staff can see the incident type, location, description, grade category, and any attached evidence — but not the identity of the reporter. This is by design to protect students from retaliation.
Yes. BullyAlert does not collect or store student PII as defined by FERPA. Reports are not linked to student education records. For full details, see our FERPA Compliance documentation.
Email privacy@bullyalert.app with your school name and school code. We will permanently delete all incident data associated with your school within 30 days.
