From a student’s concern to caring school follow-through.
A step-by-step overview of the BullyAlert workflow. It uses no live school data and sends no reports or notifications.
Guided walkthroughStep 1 of 6: A student finds a way to speak.
Student pathway
A student finds a way to speak.
The school access code opens the reporting experience. Routine reporting does not require a student email or roster account. A name can be shared by choice for one report.
Beacon is the planned K–2 speech-to-text reporting pathway. Availability is confirmed during each school rollout.
Report & evidence
The concern comes first.
The student describes what happened. The report reaches the system first; permitted evidence can be added when available.
An attachment problem should not stop the underlying concern from reaching the school.
Authorized Staff workspace
A caring adult receives the concern.
School staff review the report and permitted evidence within their assigned role and school scope. Configured alerts use generic content and lead back to protected details.
Notifications depend on school activation, device support and permission.
Location Checks
Student observations add context.
Location Checks are designed to collect neutral observations from eligible students in the same school without showing them the reporter’s identity or incident story.
Authorized staff interpret the observations; seeing nothing does not dismiss a report. Automatic Student waves are currently off.
Review & follow-through
Staff lead the response.
Authorized adults assess the concern, document their work and organize follow-up through the report workspace. The school remains responsible for safeguarding and disciplinary decisions.
Software helps organize the process. Caring adults provide the judgment and response.
Learning & courage
A community learns to look out for each other.
Four Staff Year One lessons are live in the Staff Web experience. A separate 16-module Student Year One curriculum is prepared for integration. The planned Courage program includes First Voice, Truth Teller, Guardian Angel and School Guardian.
Student narration and delivery are still in preparation. Courage credential issuance and blockchain minting are currently off.
