Straightforward answers for students, families and school teams.
No student name is required by default. A student can choose to share a name for one report with authorized school staff. Free text or evidence may still identify a person.
Web reporting and Staff portals are available in supported browsers. iOS and Android access is currently limited to controlled testing and authorized school rollout. Availability depends on school setup and distribution.
Staff access depends on the authorized role and school scope. Parents and caregivers have a separate lane for their own submissions; a family session does not open other families’ reports.
Notifications use generic content. Authorized staff return to the protected application to see permitted incident details. Alerts require school configuration, supported devices and notification permission.
No. School staff remain responsible for interpretation, support, safeguarding and disciplinary decisions. BullyAlert helps organize information and follow-through.
BullyAlert is not an emergency-response service. If someone is in immediate danger, contact a trusted adult or local emergency services; in the United States, call 911.
