Code-based reporting
A simple school-code entry without requiring a student email or roster login. No student name is required by default, and a student may choose report-specific name sharing.
The platform
Student voice, separate family reporting and authorized Staff workspaces—connected around the school’s response process.
Share a concern without a student email or roster account. Use the school access code and take one manageable step at a time.

The report reaches the system first. Photos or other permitted evidence can be added when available, so an attachment problem does not stop the underlying concern.
Staff review queues, incident details and permitted evidence within the role and school scope assigned to them. Review, reopen and follow-up support an accountable record.
Notifications contain generic information and return authorized staff to the protected application. Device support, school activation and notification permission affect delivery.
Location Checks are designed to collect neutral observations from eligible students in the same school without showing them the reporter’s identity or incident story. Authorized staff interpret the observations; seeing nothing does not dismiss a report. Automatic Student waves are currently off.
The planned Courage program includes First Voice, Truth Teller, Guardian Angel and School Guardian. The recognition experience is still being completed, and credential issuance and blockchain minting are currently off.
Four Staff Year One lessons are live in the Staff Web experience, with role-specific practice, feedback and saved progress. A separate 16-module Student Year One curriculum—four modules each for K–2, 3–5, 6–8 and 9–12—is prepared for integration. Student narration and delivery are still in preparation.
The platform is being rolled out with schools. Ask us to demonstrate the capabilities available for your school and device environment. BullyAlert does not make disciplinary decisions or replace school safeguarding procedures.
The youngest voices
Young children may need age-appropriate guidance to explain what happened. Beacon is the planned K–2 speech-to-text reporting pathway. Availability is confirmed during each school rollout.
Caring adults remain responsible for listening and responding. Older students use the standard Student reporting experience.
Report. Support. Educate. Prevent.
Student observations, recognition and learning each serve the same purpose: helping children feel heard and learn to look out for one another.
