For schools & districts
A school’s reporting pathway should fit its community, its devices and the adults responsible for response.
Your response process matters
Web reporting and Staff portals are available in supported browsers. iOS and Android access is currently limited to controlled testing and authorized school rollout. The goal stays the same: give a concern a clear path to an authorized adult.
BullyAlert brings separate Student and family pathways together with role-scoped Staff workspaces. It supports communication and documentation while your school keeps responsibility for care.

Discuss who reviews concerns, what school and grade scope they need, and how escalation and follow-up fit existing responsibilities.
Make optional name sharing, family boundaries, report access and school data responsibilities easy to explain before students use the system.
Use reporting alongside conversations, learning, kindness and safe peer support. Software strengthens the work of a caring community.

School & district pricing
Schools and districts fund access. A child asking for help should never have to reach for a credit card.
School license
Billed annually based on enrolled students. Minimum annual license: $200 (100 students). Includes up to 10 Staff accounts.
Students do not pay to use a school-provided BullyAlert pathway. Final features, onboarding, device support and service terms are stated in the written quote and school agreement.
